There should be a way for folks to rate their employers according to how they treat employees. It's not just about money. A caring employer can make work a happier experience. So folks who are unhappy at their jobs can look for employment with companies that care for their employees. If this information is widely shared, a lot of companies will care more for their employees, rather than lose them.
